To calculate CAHP score and its interpretations.

Use in adult patients with out-of-hospital cardiac arrest of suspected cardiac etiology. The CAHP score is the sum of the points of all variables: Age = 1.1x(years-10) points, Arrest Setting = (Public Setting = 0 points or Home = 24 points), Initial Shockable Rhytm = (Yes = 0 points or No = 27 points), Collapse-BLS Duration = 2.8xminutes points, BLS-ROSC Duration = 0.8xminutes points, Admission pH = 585-(77xpH) points, Epinephrine = (0mg = 0 points or 1-2mg = 27 points or >=3 mg = 43 points). A CAHP score <= 150 points is associated with low risk and 39% of an unfavourable outcome, score 150-200 is associated with medium risk and 81% of an unfavourable outcome, and score >= 200 is associated with high risk and 100% of an unfavourable outcome.

Not to use for other causes of arrest such as trauma, hanging, drowning, intoxication, or asphyxia.
