Wexner Score for Obstructed Defecation Syndrome (ODS) stratifies severity of fecal incontinence.

To calculate the total sum for the Wexner score.

Use to stratify the severity of fecal incontinence. The score is calculated by adding the points of the individual variables: Never - 0 points Less than once a month - 1 point Less than once a week but at least once a month - 2 points Less than once a day but at least once a week - 3 points At least once a day - 5 points Interpretation: Scores range from 0-20, with 0 indicating perfect continence and 20 indicating complete incontinence.
