To estimate ET tube size based on age.

Use in pediatric patients who require intubation from 1 year old to 12 years old. Variables: Age: This formula typically is applicable to children ages 1-12. Pediatric Endotracheal Tube (ETT) Size formula: Predicted Size Uncuffed Tube = (Age / 4) + 4 Predicted Size Cuffed Tube = (Age / 4) + 3

Not to use in patients under 1 year old or above 12 years old.
