HINTS exam is benign: Abnormal h-HIT plus direction-fixed horizontal nystagmus plus absent skew deviation HINTS exam is dangerous: Normal/untestable h-HIT or direction-changing horizontal/untestable nystagmus or present/untestable skew deviation
