To provide cancer prognosis based on serum biomarkers, CRP, and Serum Albumin.

Use for patients with known cancer. Variables: CRP mg/L and Albumin g/dL or g/L. Formula: Selection of appropriate criteria. Interpretation: CRP ≤10 mg/L and Albumin ≥3.5 g/dL (35 g/L)= GPS 0 Good Prognosis CRP ≤10 mg/L and Albumin <3.5 g/dL (35 g/L) OR CRP >10 mg/L and Albumin ≥3.5 g/dL (35 g/L) = GPS 1 Intermediate Prognosis CRP >10 mg/L and Albumin <3.5 g/dL (35 g/L)= GPS 2 Poor Prognosis
