Geriatric risk profile calculates if a patient is a geriatric risk patient.
To calculate the geriatric risk score.
Geriatric risk score is the sum of five parameters: cognitive impairment, single or no caregiver available, difficulty walking/moving/recently fallen, been hospitalized within the last 3 months, five or more drugs. Geriatric risk score ≥3: Geriatric risk patient
