To calculate estimated glomerular filtration rate in males, females and children in accordance with the Cockcroft-Gault formula.

Use for calculating eGFR based on the Cockcroft-Gault formula. Males (>= 20 years of age): eGFR = (1.23 * (140 - age) * weight) / creatinine Females (>= 20 years of age): eGFR = (1.04 * (140 - age) * weight) / creatinine Children (<20 years of age: eGFR = ((42.5 * height) / creatinine) * (weight / 70)^0.7 Weight is entered in kilograms (kg) and height in centimeters (cm).

Do not use for calculating eGFR based on other formulas.
