To calculate the risk score for undiagnosed diabetes.

Used to predict the risk of undiagnosed diabetes to determine who should be screened. Screening for diabetes with the American Diabetes Association (ADA) diabetes risk test (risk test) is recommended by the ADA to guide healthcare providers on whether or not a diagnostic test, i.e. blood glucose or HbA1c measurement, is necessary. ADA scores ≥5 should be formally screened for diabtes, while scores ≤ 4 are not at high risk and screening is not recommended.
